Hi Tony

Good question. Yes Dr Clark has plenty to say, the posting was just a summary of the main point and is by no means exhaustive. As for perfume, that is banned. Even other members the family can't wear it. My daughter is emotionally scarred by this :(

As for things like fabric softener, all chemical cleaners and conditioners should be avoided too. In fact that is what inspired my posting above this one entitled "Chemically Safe Products For Cleaning Your House". Much of that is from Clark.

As for other pollutants and car fumes, they should be avoided as much as reasonably possible. In an area of high pollution, Clark would probably advice you to move (she does advice that in areas of unclean water).

One book discussing different alternative approaches to cancer treatment commented that to do the Clark protocol properly, you would need to be living up a mountain in New Zealand, it is very demanding :)

Thanks for the question.

Hi Charlie,

interesting post. I note you don't say much about air quality, beyond mentioning formaldehyde from wallpaper. What about all the other pollutants that we breathe in these days, from car-exhaust to fabric softener, and perfume to pesticide? Does Dr. Clark have anything to say about them?
