I note that you are a Herbalife distributor, a company that I know to be very reputable. Although you know that your products can cure or alleviate a lot of conditions, legal restrictions (as described above) prevent you from saying so. The problem is that although companies like Herbalife have very good products, they don't have the resources to get them approved due the massive cost, and if they did, other companies could benefit from Herbalifes investment. Therefore nobody is prepared to spend that time and money that you refer to which is why I recommend that it should be taken up by a non-profit making, international organisation, like the WHO. Such a proposal will not be greeted well by the big pharmaceutical companies who could stand to lose a lot of money. It would therefore probably require a big campaign to achieve such a goal. My commitments are such that I am unable to actively campaign for such a thing. However, if you know of anybody in your upline that may be interested, then please pass them this link.
