Thanks for your comment.  I must admit that I hadn&#039;t heard of it either before I read the Budwig Diet Book.  But it makes sense, coconut and flaxseed together has to be a good combination and another way to use them.
Oleolox is probably a German word as Budwig was German.   I think that the Germans are a bit ahead of the rest of us in alternative therapies.

The unique fatty acid composition of coconut oil has been shown to help battle cancer, no question about that. I think I should take a closer look into Oleolox.
